Payment Policy - Simple Terms
The following policy outlines the Payment Policy for HostForADollar.com. Any violation
of this policy can cause any one of the following consequences: Warning, Termination of Service, Legal
Action, or any other action that is appropriate at the time.
Payment Terms
The payment terms for your account are defined when you sign up for your account. You may pay: Monthly,
Quarterly, Yearly. A small setup fee is charged for the Monthly and Quarterly payment terms to defray
staff costs of invoicing and processing your credit card transactions. If you wish to change your payment terms
once you have already signed up for your account you may open a ticket via the Help Desk option under the Support
menu.
Subsequent Payments
After your first payment, you will be invoiced according to the payment terms you have selected as outlined
in the previous paragraph. Your payment will be due within 7 business days after receiving the invoice. If
you are unable to meet this payment deadline you must contact customer support as soon as possible to arrange
an alternative payment schedule.
Payment Method
HostForADollar.com uses PayPal (www.paypal.com) to process payments in order to reduce costs to you and to
simplify your payment procedures. If you cannot pay via PayPal, you must contact customer support before
signing up to arrange an alternative payment method.
Failure to Pay
If you fail to pay within the terms defined above your account will be suspended or terminated. In the case of
termination your files will be purged from the servers and you will be unable to recover them. If you know that
you will not be able to meet your payment schedule you must contact customer support ahead of time to arrange
an alternative payment schedule.
Disclaimer/Indemnification
You (the Customer) will not hold HostForADollar.com, any of it's employees, subsidiaries or families
liable for any harm, damages, personal/property injury, losses, costs, claims, fees. You use this
service at your own risk. Since this service is connected to the public internet, HostForADollar.com
cannot be held liable for any loss of service or income relating to such an unpredictable environment.
However, HostForADollar.com will make every effort to keep such losses of service from happening.
